ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The YWCA of Asheville has invited the entire community to its Health and Wellness Open House on Saturday.

The event, set for 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., is open to the general public and offers a unique opportunity to explore various wellness options in a welcoming and inclusive environment, a news release from the YWCA said.

During the Open House, attendees will have the chance to:

  • Experience class samples: Try a variety of wellness classes and discover which ones align with your fitness goals.
  • Meet personal trainers: Learn about personal training options and how they can help you achieve your unique health and wellness objectives.
  • Tour the gym: Explore the YWCA’s gym facilities, fully equipped to support your fitness journey.
  • Learn about upcoming events and new programming.
  • Enjoy door prizes: Relax with light refreshments and enter to win exciting door prizes.
