ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — A new residential community in Asheville is set to debut next month with a grand opening event aimed at showcasing a modern take on mountain living.

The Ashe will host its grand opening May 13, inviting prospective residents, business partners and members of the community to tour the property and explore its amenities.

Organizers say the event will feature local food, craft cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages and regional beers, along with guided tours and presentations highlighting available residences and shared spaces.

Located in Asheville, The Ashe offers a mix of apartment homes and carriage homes designed to combine modern comfort with high-end finishes and a connection to the surrounding landscape. Developers say the community emphasizes privacy, design and lifestyle for residents seeking an upscale living experience.

As part of the launch, developers are offering a promotional incentive: residents who move in by August will be entered into a drawing for a two-year lease on a 2026 Ford Bronco.

Officials say interest in the development has been strong, with limited availability as leasing begins. The Ashe is accepting applications and scheduling tours.

Attendance at the grand opening is limited, and organizers say advance registration is required.
