New Arden apartment complex opens with ribbon-cutting ceremony

ARDEN, N.C. (828newsNOW) — 200+ new apartments are now open for lease in Arden, N.C.

Arden Pines Luxury Apartments celebrated their grand opening with an Asheville Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony around 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, March 25.

The event was attended by Chamber officials, as well as Arden Pines employees and the executive team of SC Bodner Company, the complex owners. Tours of the property, which include a swimming pool, pickleball court and fitness center, were conducted during the celebration.

The apartments are located at 103 Arden Pines Trail off Brevard Road. Units are one, two and three bedrooms, with prices starting at $1,450. Find more information about leasing at www.ardenpines.com/floor-plans.
