A person fighting to get through traffic said a pickup truck pulling a trailer was involved, and the trailer overturned, spilling its contents on the roadway.

Transportation officials said the expected impact to traffic was high as congestion backed up through the area.

The lane closures began about 2:28 p.m. and were expected to last until approximately 3:28 p.m. No immediate information was released on injuries or the cause of the crash.
