Contest Rules
Beginning at 12:00am, Monday, June 8th, and ending at 11:59pm, Friday, June 12th, entrants can complete a register to win form at 1059TheMountain.com to enter to win four passes to Soaky Mountain Water Park. There will be five winners. Tickets are valued at $52 per ticket for a total estimated value of $208 retail.
Winners will be chosen at random by a representative of 105.9 The Mountain on Monday, June 15th, and winners will be notified by 5pm the same day.
Winner must claim prize at Asheville Media Group (1190 Patton Avenue, Asheville, NC 28806) during Prize Pick Up Hours (M-F 12:00pm-4:00pm).
The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older and those 18 or older with a valid military I.D.
All 105.9 The Mountain general contest rules apply. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Asheville Radio Group’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. Asheville Radio Group shall have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
