Contest Rules
Beginning at 12:00am on Monday, August 4, 2025 and ending at 11:59pm on Sunday, August 10 , 2025, entrants can complete a register to win form at 1059Themountain.com to enter to win tickets a pair of randomly assigned single day general admission passes to Bourbon & Beyond Festival in Louisville, Kentucky, September 11-14, 2025.
There will be four winners selected at random to receive tickets to one of the following dates (determined by random drawing): September 11, 12, 13 or 14. Tickets are valued at $204 per ticket for a total estimated retail value of $408.
Winners will be chosen at random by a representative of 105.9 The Mountain on Monday, August 11, 2025 by 5pm and notified by email the same day.
Prize must be claimed at Asheville Media Group (1190 Patton Avenue, Asheville, NC 28806) during Prize Pick Up Hours (Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm).
One entry per person per day for duration of contest. The contest is open to those a who hold a valid article of state identification and are 21 years of age or older and those 21 or older with a valid military I.D.
All 105.9 The Mountain general contest rules apply. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Asheville Radio Group’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. Asheville Radio Group shall have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
