Starting at 12:00am on Monday, May 5, 2025 through 11:59pm on Sunday, May 18, 20254, 105.9 The Mountain WTMT-FM will conduct the Born to Grill Register to Qualify contest and give listeners the chance to become a finalist in the grand prize drawing for the Napoleon Prestige 500 Propane Grill. Approximate retail value $1500. Entrants can register once per day at www.1059themountain.com. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from a total of 4 finalists who will be on location at Blossman Gas, 170 Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville, for a live grand prize drawing at the Blossman Cruise-In event on Friday, May 23, 2025.
During the Contest 105.9 The Mountain WTMT-FM will select 4 finalists in 2 ways:
- Three (3) finalists will be randomly selected from online register to win entries at 1059themountain.com on Monday, May 19, 2025 and contacted by a representative of Asheville Radio Group by 5pm on Monday, May 19, 2025.
- The fourth finalist will be randomly selected from an on location register to win contest at the Blossman Gas Cruise-In event on May 23, 2025 with registration beginning on site at 6:00pm and ending on site at 7:00pm. Once registration is announced as closed, no latecomers can be added to the registrations.
All Finalists must be present at the Blossman Gas Cruise-In on Friday, May 23, 2025. Only one finalist per household is permitted.
Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted at random at Blossman Gas after 7:00pm on May 23, 2025. The Four finalists will be asked to gather at the entrance of Blossman Gas where representatives from 105.9 The Mountain WTMT-FM will be on location to conduct a live drawing of the four finalists who are eligible to win the grand prize. The grand prize winner receives the grand prize from Blossman Gas, Napoleon Prestige 500 Propane Grill. Approximate retail value $1500.
The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for arranging pick up of the fire pit directly from Blossman Gas at 170 Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville. Grand prize winner will be responsible for all applicable, State, Local and/or Federal Taxes. The grand prize is not transferrable nor redeemable for cash.
Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
The WTMT-FM 105.9 The Mountain Blossman Gas Born to Grill Giveaway is open to all eligible residents, age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, living within 75 miles of the station transmitter(s) who have not won anything on WTMT-FM 105.9 The Mountain in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one qualifier is permitted per household and only one winner per household within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of WTMT-FM 105.9 The Mountain, Asheville Radio Group, Saga Communications of North Carolina, L.L.C., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the (station) main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
