Contest Rules

Starting at 12:00am on November 17, 20256 through 11:59pm on Thursday, December 19, 2025 105.9 The Mountain WTMT-FM will conduct the 12 Days of Axe-Mas Guitar Giveaway Register to Win contest and give listeners the chance to win one of 12 (twelve) random drawings for 12 (twelve) guitars signed by The Mountain Classic Rock artists. Approximate retail value of each guitar is $200. Listeners can register once at 1059TheMountain.com through Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Starting on December 4, 2025 and ending December 19, 2025, 105.9 The Mountain WTMT-FM will randomly select one winner per day from the register to win contest. Winner will receive the corresponding 12 Day of Guitar Prize of the Day

Daily winner will be announced around 7:30am on the Rizzo and Jeff Show on 105.9 The Mountain. Winners will receive a call from Rizzo and Jeff notifying them of their win.

Each winner receives the one guitar designated at time of random drawing, retail value is approximately $200. No trade or exchange of guitar is allowed.

Each of the Twelve (12) winners is responsible for claiming their prize directly from Asheville Media Group, 1190 Patton Avenue, Asheville, NC 28806 during Prize Pick Up Hours, Monday – Friday, Noon-4pm.

Only one winner per household is permitted.

Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

The WTMT-FM 105.9 The Mountain 12 Days of Axe-Mas Giveaway is open to all eligible residents, age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, living within 75 miles of the station transmitter(s) who have not won anything on WTMT-FM 105.9 The Mountain in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one qualifier is permitted per household and only one winner per household within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of WTMT-FM 105.9 The Mountain, Asheville Radio Group, Saga Communications of North Carolina, L.L.C., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the (station) main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
