Some strong dudes came out for our first Over the Top Arm Wrestling Competition at Holland's Grille on Tunnel Rd. Check it out!

The great thing about living among Mountains in WNC is we get to stick our transmitting towers on top of them.. the bad thing is when it snows, we have transmitting towers on top of mountains. The recent storm knocked out our power, and you'll never guess where our engineer had to go to fix it! In Asheville, we had alittle over a foot of snow. Atop our mountain, lets just say there was alittle bit more... check out the pics!

Our own chief engineer saves the day and gets The Mountain back on air after a storm blew out the signal. Whilst on the mountain inside the control room, a bear tried to get in to shield himself from the rain. Gary's ingenuity got him outa there alive, with the station's signal revived. He even got to bring a souvenir down the mountain with him!*
